We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help us with our needs. The hotel was very clean and tidy throughout our stay, including our spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast was abundant and of good quality. the hotel facilities were excellent, including the ample parking, and its convenient location.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Warm welcoming staff. Everyone made us feel at hone after an arduous trip. Restaurant was good.
Rooms could use some upgrades. Location was a bit if a hassle to get to Roccaraso skiing area.

Our Christmas stay was excellent! The cozy rooms and helpful staff made us feel at home. The location was perfect as it was only a short drive to the ski resort and nearby towns. We loved the daily buffet breakfast and dinner, which offered a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Additionally, the wine and festive decor added to the holiday atmosphere. our Christmas stay was wonderful and we look forward to returning for another holiday in the future!
While our overall stay was enjoyable, some aspects of the hotel could use some updating. The rooms, although clean, had a dated feel and some of the furnishings were showing wear and tear. Additionally, the lack of activities within the hotel made for limited entertainment options in the evenings. However, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our stay.

The restaurant service was superb and the meals were delicious. We also enjoyed the convenient location close to the town center and other neighboring towns. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs, and they even gave us a parting gift during our checkout.
The rooms were quite outdated and could use some renovation. , the heating system was not very effective, and we ended up having to bundle up to stay warm during the chilly evenings.

Located close to the slopes, the hotel boasts a helpful and welcoming staff that accommodated the needs of guests, such as providing gluten-free options for meals. the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with good quality beds. the hotel also offers a tasty breakfast and dinner with good portions. A walk around the property and table tennis provide leisure options, whilst the hotel is situated excellently for accessing nearby towns.
The decor inside the hotel is dated and could benefit from a refurbishment.
